Ingredients

1 Slice GadouaTM Moelleux Thick Sliced White Club Sandwich Bread
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp. Butter
Heart Shaped cookie Cutter
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1 Place a non-stick frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
2 While the frying pan warms, place bread on a flat surface or cutting board and use a decorative cookie cutter to cut a hole in the center of your bread.
3 Place butter in the frying pan, and add toast including the piece that was cut out. Let it get golden brown and crispy before flipping.
4 Crack an egg in the center of your bread where the hole is and season with salt and pepper. Let the egg cook ensuring the white part is solid and the yolk is a little runny.
5 Plate and serve your delicious cookie-cutter egg-in-the-hole.
