Ingredients
8 slices GadouaTM Thin Sliced White Moelleux Bread | |
12 thick slices roasted chicken | |
8 strips cooked bacon | |
1 ripe avocado | |
4 tsp jalapeño pepper, minced | |
4 tbsp. onions minced | |
4 tbsp. cilantro, minced | |
8 tbsp. tomato minced | |
8 slices tomato | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
1 | Toast the Gadoua® bread in a toaster, or under a broiler on both sides. |
2 | Make the avocado spread by combining the avocado, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, minced tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper. |
3 | Spread the avocado mixture on the bottom piece of bread. Top with the roast chicken slices, bacon and tomato slices. Top with remaining slice of bread. |
4 | To go really big, use three slices of Gadoua® Thick Slice Moelleux Bread and double toppings. |
