4 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cucumbers peeled in ribbons
Red onion slices for serving
Capers to taste

Ingredients

2 Gadoua® Everything Bagels
4 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh dill

1-2 cucumbers peeled in ribbons
Red onion slices for serving
Capers to taste

Instructions

1 In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh dill and salt and pepper, to taste.
2 Toast the bagels, then spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of the bagel.
3 Add the cucumbers, smoked salmon, capers and red onions on the bottom of the toasted bagels.
4 Top with the top of the bagels.
