Ingredients
2 bagels | |
4 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced | |
4 ounces cream cheese | |
2 tbsp. lemon juice | |
1 tbsp. fresh dill | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
1-2 cucumbers peeled in ribbons | |
Red onion slices for serving | |
Capers to taste |
Instructions
1 | In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh dill and salt and pepper, to taste. |
2 | Toast the bagels, then spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of the bagel. |
3 | Add the cucumbers, smoked salmon, capers and red onions on the bottom of the toasted bagels. |
4 | Top with the top of the bagels. |
