Ingredients
8 Slices GadouaTM Moelleux Thick Sliced Club Sandwich White Bread | |
4 Tbsp. Softened- unsalted butter | |
1/2 Cup Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese | |
2 Cups (1/2 lbs) Swiss cheese, preferably Gruyere | |
8 oz. Thinly sliced ham | |
Sliced Dill Pickles (optional) | |
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard | |
1/4 Cup Apricot preserves |
Instructions
1 | Place bread on a cutting board or smooth surface and butter both sides. Sprinkle Parmigiano on top of the butter pressing down to help it stick to the bread. |
2 | Top 4 slices of bread with Swiss or Gruyere cheese, ham and pickles. |
3 | In a small bowl; mix mustard, apricot preserves and spread evenly across the remaining pieces of bread. |
4 | Warm a sauce pan to medium-high hear, Place combined sandwich and grill until the sandwich is golden brown and crispy. Cut your sandwich in half and serve right away. Enjoy! |
