Ingredients
4 large eggs made into omelets
2 tsps. olive oil
6 slices hickory smoked bacon
2 slices Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
1 tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1 avocado thinly sliced
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
1. Drizzle olive oil in the skillet or a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
2. Make omelets by mixing eggs, salt, and pepper to taste then cook in warmed skillet for about 2 minutes.
3. Place your bacon in the oven or air fryer and cook until crispy, 7-10 minutes.
4. Slice and toast bagels in toaster, spread cream cheese on bottom slices of both bagels. Top with omlette, bacon, cheese and lettuce before adding final slice of your bagels.
5. Slice in half and serve warm.
