Ingredients
8 slices Gadoua™ Thin Sliced Moelleux White Bread
12 thick slices roasted chicken
8 strips cooked bacon
1 ripe avocado
4 tsp jalapeño pepper, minced
4 tbsp. onions minced
4 tbsp. cilantro, minced
8 tbsp. tomato minced
8 slices tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Toast the Gadoua® bread in a toaster, or under a broiler on both sides.
2. Make the avocado spread by combining the avocado, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, minced tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Spread the avocado mixture on the bottom piece of bread. Top with the roast chicken slices, bacon and tomato slices. Top with remaining slice of bread.
4. To go really big, use three slices of Gadoua® Thick Slice Moelleux Bread and double toppings.
