2 slices of Gadoua® Protein Multigrain Bread120 g sliced cooked chicken (grilled or roasted)½ bell pepper, sliced¼ red onion, thinly sliced2–3 slices zucchini or mushrooms1 tbsp hummus (or light pesto)1 tsp olive oilSalt and pepperA few spinach or lettuce leaves.
